Welcome to the BLG Website Intake Form for new clients to register and begin their new website project with us. This form will take most between 15-45 minutes and has a few off page steps you'll need to complete along the way. This form cannot be saved so please make sure your connection is good and you are ready to complete this form in one sitting. This is required for us to begin your website project. Keep in mind that anything that you aren't sure of or want to change later can be done via website revision request once your project is launched.

Things you want to avoid/recommendations with your new site:
- Avoid Video: you might have an awesome video you want to showcase but it REALLY can slow down your page load times, even if hosted elsewhere and embed. We also find they don't get a lot of click-thru, we it's generally not worth it. Avoid video, save the video for social media posts and ads.
- Avoid Added pages: Every extra page on your new site is a place for potential lead conversions to disappear, the data is very conclusive on this. If you don't need to have an about us page or to showcase your team, then don't. This is again another place where we don't get a lot of click-thru and it distracts from the main intention of the site, to convert the visitor into a lead. If you really feel strongly you need it anyways then add that info below where it asks for it.
- Having to update your class schedule all the time: If you want to have your schedule current at all times then embedding your live gym management softwares calendar is probably the best. If you choose for us to place a static calendar if will just show typical weeks classes.
